Description

Realizing the first of two unfathomable feats by Shea Stadium tenants in 1969, the New York Jets disposed of the highly touted Baltimore Colts in arguably the biggest upset in NFL annals. This full-size helmet is autographed by (26) members of that Super Bowl champion roster. The professional model accessory features black marker signatures that project (“9”) or better potency throughout with keys including: Boozer, Hill, Lammons, Maynard, Namath and Snell. The professional model size “L 7-1/4 - 7-3/4” helmet features a “Riddell” snubber and chinstrap and a four-bar facemask. The interior is home to foam rubber padding cells, jaw pads and a warning decal. Jets team logos are adhered to the sides, while the white plastic shell is home to the bold black marker autographs of:
