Demand for Gold Age comics is at a frenzy and prices are skyrocketing. Join the frenzy with this lot of (2) G.A. DC super-hero comics. Offered are: Adventure Comics #150 from March, 1950 featuring Superboy, Aquaman and a Shining Knight story with Frank Frazetta art, book is appealing with desirable gloss and colors, however tape repair and peripheral paper loss relegate it to apparent (FR-GD); All-Flash #13 Winter, 1943 issue with “The King” appearance (GD-VG) with great cover art, attractive gloss and only minor soiling. More on our website.

Both of the offered comics have appealing, supple pages. The soiling on the All-Flash book appears around the Flash character’s face on the front cover but is not distracting and overall the cover is very desirable considering the book’s age. The tape repair on the Adventure Comics issue is on the spine and also on a tear just to the right of the letter “A” in the title at top. Anything with early Frank Frazetta art is going to attract plenty of attention and this A.C. #150 issue will not be an exception. Frazetta’s name appears on the left, half way up on the first page of the “Shining Knight” story. As comics books from this era are tough to find in any grade, these examples should prove to be a good long-term investment. Enjoy this golden opportunity to capture (2) early super-hero issues.
