Issued just five seasons apart at the Queens venue that saw a metamorphosis like none before or since, these (2) press pins include:


1964 All-Star Game: features an enameled Atlas-themed design that reads: “1964 – NEW YORK – ALL STAR GAME – SHEA STADIUM.” Post and nut remain intact.


1969 World Series: crafted by Balfour for a franchise that, in its seven-year history, had lost 100-plus games five times and had never finished higher than ninth place, this gold-plated relic features a relief likeness of the Flushing-based edifice with enameled proclamations of “1969 WORLD SERIES” and “NEW YORK METS” flanking above and below, respectively. Post and nut are intact.
