After a contract dispute with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Doug Williams fled to the USFL's Oklahoma Outlaws for a season before returning to the NFL for his Super Bowl title with the Redskins. This 1983 Outlaws contract promises Williams the princely sum of $550,000 for future dates of December 1, 1986, through November 30, 1987, that never came to fruition. The star QB has signed once and initialed 4 times ("9-10" strength overall) on the 8-1/2" x 28" page, which features a nice USFL logo at the top. EX condition except for paper-clip staining.
